Our Simple Process
1] CHECK YOUR DATE
Click the ‘check your date’ button to find out if we are available on your wedding day.
2] SHOP
Add items to cart, choose shipping, select the ‘direct bank transfer‘ payment option for ZERO upfront payment and place order. You can add additional information in ‘order notes’.
3] PAY DEPOSIT
We will email your invoice within 2 business day of receiving your order. Once we have received your 25% deposit, your wedding date is secure. The final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.
4] COLOUR PALETTE
Send an email to emily@floraadora.com.au with your #order number and any colour inspiration photos.
5] WE’LL BE IN TOUCH
In the meantime, we’ll keep in touch to make sure all your questions are answered and you’re happy with the process. We are a ghosting free vendor zone.
6] WEDDING DAY

Can I pick-up my flowers from your studio?
We don’t offer a pick-up option and will deliver your flowers instead. Your finished flowers will be very delicate and we want them to arrive to you in perfect condition. Transporting flowers safely requires a lot of time and know-how so let us take care of it for you.
Will you replicate an image I supply to you?
You deserve more than a recreation of someone else’s bouquet. You and your partner have a unique story to tell and we feel so blessed to be part of your day. Leave it to us to make a bespoke design for you!
When should I place my order?
We require a minimum of 28 days notice and suggest placing your order 2 – 4 months before your wedding day.
Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?
If you’ve placed an order and want to cancel, we will provide a 50% refund if you contact us at least 30 days prior to your flower delivery date. Within 30 days of your delivery date, no refund will be available. Click here to view our T&C’s.
What if I want a formal consultation?
We don’t offer consultations when you Shop Wedding Flowers. It’s designed to be a very straight-forward and simple process, so leave the details to us. Place your order online, tell us your colour palette and our design team will handcraft your wedding flowers in our studio, and deliver them to you on the day! Easy as that. When will my flowers be delivered?
We’ll connect with you in the lead up to your wedding day to finalise the delivery details, ensuring the timing suits your photographer’s requirements and the schedule for your day.
What if I want something not available when I Shop Wedding Flowers online?
We keep our offerings limited because we believe each item provides the best value to our clients. In many instances, if an item isn’t included in the collection, we believe it’s not worth your money.
Where do you deliver?
All across the Barrington and Mid North Coast. If your wedding is happening outside of the Barrington Coast, we are always happy to provide a quote for delivery to your your wedding destination.
How do I pay?
Place your order online and you’ll have the option of paying through PayPal by Visa, Mastercard, or you can pay by direct transfer. A 25% payment is required to secure your wedding day. The final balance is due no less than 30 days prior to your wedding date. Payment in full is required before your order is confirmed.
